I was wondering if it would be OK/smart to turn a idler motor for a RPC unit into a grinder when I am not using it for the RPC??

Would I cannibalize my current smaller grinder for the parts or is there a basic set available with a pully on the arbor just waiting for a belt??

Suggestions??

Thanks

Won't hurt a thing, might even help to have the RPC doing something.

For the mandrels,if you have a lathe and some CRS shafting, make your own,you will need one right and one left thread.

What is CRS??

Yes, I have a lathe.

Guess i need to think of a set up or see some plans.

I suffer from CRS. My CRS is "Can't Remember Sh*t"!

I used to think that I had CRS also, but I can't remember.
