Recently purchased a series I Bridgeport milling machine that needs some reconditioning. I would greatly appreciate any information or recommendations on where to purchase orignal replacement parts. I purchased a 55 page maintenance and operations manual from an Ebay vendor and it has been helpful in identifying parts and explaining some of the machine's functions. Thanks!

I really think it depends on what "parts" you need. You should do a search here, on the PM site and on my site for the exact part you need. Some are available and some are less available.

Best place IMO is High Quality Tools in Eastlake, Ohio. Lots of Bport parts. Ask for the Bport parts catalog & a full-line catalog:

I get Bridgeport replacement parts from MSC. 1-800-331-1110. The catalog lists in stock parts, though any part can be obtained.

No affiliation, just a satisfied customer. BTW, Dee is one fine Lady and knows her Bridgeports.

Hardinge is the new "official" supplier of Bridgeport machines and parts. Personally, MSC is a good start. I have a company called International Distrubitor Group (IDG) that I order from and they have a good price rate that they give us.
Anyhow - Bridgeport / Hardinge is at...
