Does anybody have a Lenix Dro they are using and if so what is your thoughts about them? The price is about $600 [new] and with glass scales.

can you tell me where I can gat a Mitutoyo for 600 with the same functionality as the Jenix. I am actually on the verge of buying the Jenix 3 axis system (knee) for $800 and don't think that there is a system out there with similar functions and accuracy. I would love to be proven wrong...especially b4 I buy one :-)

What's with Jenix's web site? I tried dsjenix.com and jenix.com to no avail.

Here is a link to a place that sells the Jenix DRO and has lots of information. I'm close to ordering one myself.

Has shields for fluid, etc....have yet to install it though...

I've got 2 Mitutoyo DRO's, NEW in factory boxes, never removed from packing . . one for a Bridgeport and 1 for a Lagun . . .model # 572-151 and 572-153 . . . both complete with scales and all paperwork, [ and I have 1 seperate scale only . . was going to use 3 scales on a 2 axis head with a switch] . . .I was saving them for a project machine but customer wanted Trav-a-dials . .I was going to EBAY these but I'll offer them here first .
$600 plus shipping. . they listed at around $875 when I got them . . I've got a great EBAY Feedback rating so you can be sure this isn't a scam . . Dave Zman92020 in So Calif

The Jenix has glass scales and pretty good specs.
The Mitutoyo's are digital caliper based technology with much lower resolution (and accuracy) and can be had new for $595 from www.penntoolco.com (http://www.penntoolco.com)
