I'm not into paintball, but someones going to ask about that crinkle finish.

Could you fill us in on that?

Sure. It's wrinkle finish powder coat. Goes on like reg powder and ends up w/a finish about like a Kennedy tool box... I love it.

I use a cheapo hobby Harborfreight PC gun and a small toaster oven (no room in shop). They turn out pretty good results for the $ IMHO.

Nice looking work. What is with the underbarrel mounted "grenade launcher"?? Is it decoration or functional?

It's functional although I don't have the air lines routed in that pic. It shoots 40mm paintball granades. It's a Scepter Universal Granade Launcher. More can be seen at www.scepter-combat.com... (http://www.scepter-combat.com...) they also make motars that shoot 7-8 40mm granades at the same time... they're a hoot! w/potential "kill zone" of 20x50 feet per shot if the nades happend to land in the perfect pattern.

I want one of those. I want to mount it in the grill of my truck and the next time some one cuts me off, SPLAT SPLAT http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif The 40mm would be about right.

Charlie a battery of at least 6 potatoe guns loaded and mounted grill level fore and aft with a select switch is the cats ass. Fire one at a time or all 6 at once. Good for getting those slow moving Harley riders to move over and let you buy.(Sorry smitty and Dave) Also people seem to notice large potatoes bouncing off there vehicles, add 4 or more at the rear of your truck along with an exhaust flame thrower capable of liquid discharge or flaming hell mode and you truly have a vehicle thats king of the road.
