The site is kinda slow, and probably not 56k safe. But if you wanna look go ahead, it is pretty bad. Click on the black boxes to 'drill down' into an area

Got the site OK.
Amazed at how any thing survived. Similar to our SE Asia problems of last Christmas. How are our BB members getting on in all of that. What can be done to help them.
Is there a system for us to do a roll call of those known to be in the area?
Will the moderator take it upon himself to see what can be done to at least check if we can help in any way.
I know disasters strike all of us at one time or another but this Katrina thing is on a scale where we need to at least look after our own and hope there is enough in the kitty to help a few others.
Many of the Tsunami victims are still in crisis and their government agencies are weighed down by corrupt elements without any basic thoughts of mercy or human kindness.
I think the US agencies,Federal,State and local government will be a lot better than that. They will however take some time to build the force to restore the situation.
In the meantime let us do what we can.One person can surely help another whether it be with food, clothing or shelter. Some guys will need help with every thing others, just a shirt for a day or three.
Grateful for thoughts on this.
