I was in hopes of buying all that stuff for myself and here one of my own friends is telling all the world to come and bid against me! http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//smile.gif

Seriously, I plan to go to the auction and if any of you will be there, it would be interesting to meet some of you. Anyone planning on going? Thanks--Mike.

There is a lot of stuff at that auction. I was up ther helping set up for it last week, work for the same company, only in the Columbus plant. Man I saw a lot of machines I helped build over the years up going to be sold for scrap. There are some machine tools, lots of desks and storage cabinets. Wished I could be there but I have to be out of town that day. Mark

Pretty pitiful collection of machine tools but the Nissan forklift is nice.

You know you're in trouble when the featured machine is a POS Jet mini lathe.

I have gone to a lot of this auctioneer's sales and they run a really fast moving auction--which I like. They don't really know tools and so there might be some really good deals and then some things that go way too high because of rookie enthusiasm. I am going at least in the morning--might have to work in the pm. Thanks--Mike.

What you are seeing are the left-overs, all good machines were taken out already. Most might be nice for home shop but would need some TLC. Mark

Space is correct, but alot of the stuff was for specific ops. I spent more on gas than tools 250 miles or so round trip. There was a guy I know there buying for Ebay sales a guy didn't have a chance,I got a royal mt2 interchangable live center and 2 mt3 live centers and a pinch type knurler with some other crap for $50.
