MT5 to R8 adaptor - does it exist?

I have been looking for an adapter that will go from a MT5 hole to a R8 hole, do they exist?

I guess I could go MT3 to R8 (if they exist - I've seen 'em go the other way)and then use a MT5 to MT3 adapter, but that is too many adapters for me.

I'm looking at a special project, sort of a one-off, no fundng (naturally) just toying with ideas.

I have never seen one, but that doesn't mean they are not out there. Doubling up on the adapters is probably going to be the way to go.
