Its an auto email
What I do is have 2 emails registered from them.
I noticed that once you use one of the code with a certain email, they stop sending you the email for the free shipping. So I simply have them send me an email to the address I dont use for ordering. Their system thinks they need to lure me in with free shipping.

Not sure I know what you mean about the two email addresses. I only have one and they send me the code every month. Sometimes two before the month is out. Yes I do take advantage of it when I need some stuff.

IF you use it enough, you will only get emails talking about saving on shipping on certain items.
