Kind of unusual little dude. It has a weird spindle that looks like a morse taper with a RH thread on the end. I do have a 1/2 holder as well as this attachment with a 1" arbor plus 2 grinder spindles and a keyseater deal with the broaches. I need to rig up a motor for it.

May come in handy someday...

Thanks Doug! I have the same keyseater deal that you sent in your pics. Have you ever used one like it?

I'd love to find some more tool holders for mine.

Hi Hoffman,
I use my VersaMil's as stand alone 1, 2, or 3 axis milling machines, as well as precision boring and facing machines. Once my TOS SN55 is set up in my shop I plan to mount one of the VersaMil 32's to the back of the cross slide to do milling, keyseating, spline cutting in the lathe.

The VM32 has a #3mt spindle, "most" of the universal heads will accept a standard #3mt with a tang, all universal heads are made to hold the #3mt holder (no tang)in place with a 3/8"- 16tpi draw bolt, too prevent slipping of the holder a double pin drive is built into the spindles.

On your Master mill I think yours is a #1 they use a #2MT spindle where the holder has a threaded stud sticking out, My VersaMil 33 is like this but it has a special taper (Master#2) or .098" per inch taper.

Your Master mill is the older version of the VersaMil 31, it specs are as follows
Vertical travel 5"
minium height (base to spindle 1-13/16"
spindle taper #2MT
height 14-3/8"
base foot print 4-1/8" x 4-3/16"
motor HP 1/3 (1725rpm)
