It's a Moneymaker! Why don't we all create a lathe and collet doctor? Just tighten down a HSS or Carbide bit, type in rake and relief angles, turn it on, go have a drink! Have a machine make collets for you, too! People would buy them by the thousands.

Hell i'm just gonna use my new handy 3D PRINTER and print all my impossible to machine tool cutters out of METAL...

Where I work we actually are gonna get one of these next year! (as a note- The space shuttle has one onboard and "prints" parts as needed)

Millman that is an excellent idea!

Being unemployed as of late and having an excess of ferrous oxide and wet cardboard around the house and yard, only two weeks to Cabin Fever. We had better get started, what was the design/enginner username, that got run off earlier in the week?

Added afterthought: If we use an air motor The Amish might buy them!

PS. Kind of fond of my drill doctor 750.

Today I will gladly share my experience and advice, for there no sweeter words than "I told you so."
