This mill is the same one sold by Grizzly, HF and several other names. The difference on the one sold by Micro-Mark is it is set-up with 20tpi leadscrews giving .05" per rev. Most of the others come with 16tpi screws for 1/16" per rev.
Just like the mini-lathe they sale already has actual inch leadscrews on the slides instead of the more common metric ones.
I bought the Grizzly machines almost a year ago before these were available or I probably would have bought these. As it is I have bought the conversion sets to give mine the other leads.
If you get one of these mills, they are pretty nice for the size. I'm happy with mine, but make sure to tram the head after you clean it and then don't tilt it. Mine was approx .056" off of perpendicular on a 6" circle. made it real hard to flatten a block.
Go check out http://www.mini-lathe.com there is a whole section on these and the factory they're made at.
