Grizzly G4015Z Lathe/Mill, need advice

I have a Grizzly Lathe/Mill combination Model no G4015Z, and it appears that there is no way to reverse the direction of the Lead screw without also reversing the direction of the spindle. It is set for a right hand thread but if I want to cut a left hand thread, how would you do it.

If I recall correctly you need to put a reversing tumbler on this.
A search in the article index under "reverse" turned up "a quick tumbler reversal mechansim"
contact VP about a reprint.
