Free Engine Project

I was digging through a bunch of stuff and found a Philip Duclose "Hula-Hula" engine project I started. It's about 30% complete, I'd like to give this to anybody who would finish it. Have the prints, would be a good project for a bigginer. E-mail me if you're interested
