I am trying to find a source for odd cutters that I need. I am looking for a T-Slot cutter to cut a slot .045 high and .040 deep into opposite sides of a .240 slot. Any help finding a source willing to make these would be appreciated. Also looking for a dovetail cutter with a 5/32 diameter and a sharp enough angle to hold a .040 thick chamfered piece in place. Thanks, in advance, for your help.

J&L Industrials supplies carries an enormous amount of tooling - get your welf a catalog.
also http://www.kbctools.com/ http://www.mscdirect.com/ and you can search on www.thomasregister.com (http://www.thomasregister.com) for nearly anything - you are looking for grooving mills
Brownells www.brownells.com (http://www.brownells.com) sells some teeny dovetail cutters for installing gun sights; dunno if one of those would be suitable or not.
If you haven't got it already, get the MSC catalog (free) www.mscdirect.com (http://www.mscdirect.com) and see what they have.
Also consider making the T-slot cutter yourself. If you're just making a few cuts, a drillrod cutter, hardened and tempered, would probably meet your needs.
