Metal Cutting Horizontal/Vertical Bandsaw

I have recently bought a used Carolina Bandsaw Model #ST12. This saw was manufactured by Carolina Fabricators of T.R. Inc. of Travlers Rest, SC. I have been unable to locate this company. I would like to know if they are still in business. I also need a owners manual and parts list for this saw. Will pay mail and copy cost.

Got the contact info I needed from R.C.Penny. They are still in business under the name of American Fabricators/Ramcor Corp.-1-800-845-4141. They faxed me a parts/price list. Thanks Mr. Penny, I really appreciate the help. DMA
