If you go into your browser options and the settings for color, you can have the browser use Windows system colors. As I type here, the page is basically white with crisp black text, blue links.
Very readable but perhaps not very "stylish"
Be forwarned that this will affect ALL web sites you visit but perhaps your vision will appreciate it in some cases.
