I think I know what this guy meant but the fractured sentence makes it sound like the birth of his son was unexpected. :rolleyes: :D

C'mon guys..that's a fun interpretation but it looks like the unexpected part was his wife losing her job. Similar thing happened to my wife when she told her last employer she was expecting, they pulled a promotion right out from under her and denied they ever offered it up so she quit. All the same, I prefer having her home to raise our son instead.

I think we know that Rob. That wasn't the funny part. That's why I posted it here--In hopes someone might be looking for a lathe and help out. Can't say much for his other stuff though. The "remanufactured" engine heads look like they caught on fire. :eek:

I never knew that Atlas/Craftsman made a 6 inch lathe longer than 18 inches betwen centers? Have I missed out somewhere?
