I just bought a saw on ebay then found out the guy has 130 neagatives last year alone, anyway he has sold thousands of things so I am not really worried about that .However when I went to pay on paypal which I always do "immediately "it asked continously for my card details again and again I just renewed them in July I am suspicious is this right as they say they never ask for details on the net is this suspicious or am I being slightly paranoid ? Alistair please forgive typing

Did you go to pay by following a link in an email requesting same (which would be suspect) or did you do it by manually going to the Paypal site and logging in directly there (the right way)?
You may need to call PayPal. I've sent emails before without ever getting a reply.
One thing you may want to check for first when you get into a loop loading something from a web site is to make sure that the site is not trying to open another window for some reason....which you may be preventing with a pop-up blocker. Turn off the pop-up blocker and see what happens.
Just a couple things to check.

I would worry. Go to the paypal site yourself not where directed by the email. Good luck Fred

Yeah...go to www.paypal.com (http://www.paypal.com), log in, and change your password....now.

I am glad to hear things worked out good for you as sometimes Pal Pay can be a real pain to deal with. Dave
