It might not look like much but if it worked at all it would still beat sawing by hand.:)

I could live with that, except for the "Automatic Switch Off". You have to set it carefully so that it cuts through the Power Cable at the right moment! :)

It's at least as handsome as the one my Dad built and which I recently rescued from a barn. Ugly and all, I'm keeping it because it's already saved me a lot of sweat! And I was able to knock out several projects over the weekend because I didn't have any excuse for cutting off pieces of CRS.

I'm waiting for the "Household Robot" to reach the used market. Then some whizkid will take one and put a hacksaw in its hand/gripper and shazzam a power hacksaw!!!
