How to check oil in prazi gear head mill

I recently aquired a hobby size prazi gear head (labeled as bfe 65 made in 1988). It has no obvious oil fill/check holes. Anybody know how to check/add oil to this mill?

My manual says you need to have a service shop open it up. If you need a pdf of the manual I can email it to you.
