I'm having a problem understanding J1 and J2 parameters. (Address 0001)

When AH > AL, Relay activates at AH and deactivates at AL.
When AH < AL, Relay activates at AH and deactivates at AL.

So what's the difference? I must be making more out of this than I need but I'm confused about how the PID determines which is upper and lower limit alarm.

I want to set these up as triggers for preheating--All coils hot until target temp reached, then drop back to maintainer coil only (SSR).

I had an "Ah ha" moment this morning and I figured it out. I WAS making more out of it than need be. It's really simple. Now, if I could just figure out how to delete a post.

If anyone is looking for documentation on the 612, I'm working on an "English" version. ;)
