Well it could be part of it, the alien space ship must have begun diintegrating over the UK and just crashed in Roswell.
I think this is pretty inspiring. :D
On second thought, maybe a bit too inspiring...

Allan,
I have to ask: how did a guy in Phoenix happen to stumble across a piece of the Roswell alien ship that's listed on UK Ebay under:
Antiques > Science/ Medicine > Other Science/ Medicine
???

Man, talk about a vague description. I think I have some old diesel air filters that have the same type metal screen. Maybe I could cut them up and sell them for thousands of dollars as part of a space ship!!!!! Wow, now what did I do with the tin snips.

He didn't even bother to do any research, the whole Roswell thing happened in 1947, he dates this to "1951 to present". Still, a true Ebay "step right up, folks..."

Lazlo,
This auction was discovered by my brother, who lives in Oslo. He is quite interested in antiques and collectibles.

The fellow must be mistaken. Those look like inch holes and my understanding is that aliens all use metric!

Aliens travel through time as much as space, so this particular spacecraft suffered a catastrophic disintegration of his diesel air screen in 1951, but didn't crash until 4 years earlier. In fact, he's probably just now leaving home on this ill fated mission.

I recognize that part. Its the upper left corner of the fleglstrecnz$% that was on the gronkisstadz^zy above my acceleration couch. Saw it just before we crashed back in '47, local time reference. Can I have it back?

John,
In this day and age, you would probably be easier to find aliens (outer space type), than virgins.
