Quick someone give me the link to the DRO Sir John shown here about a year ago.
Already searched the Archives,Hurrriedly.

I think John was looking the Chinese DRO that's sold as the Sino/Uniq/Birmingham (and a dozen other names):

My post is still there but the pics are missing as they have been pulled from my server to make space.

Here's a good writeup on them as fitted to the Sieg lathe for which they were made.

Then can be fitted to anything as long as you stick to 20 tpi screws hence they are ideal for the Taig as they use 20 tpi as standard.

I believe Little Machine Shop stocks them in the US.
