I am trying to draw a hydraulic fitting in Solidworks, and put in a -12 O-ring Boss Port. It requiers a 1 1/16-12 UN thread, which I don't have in my 'Hole Wizard'. Any sugestions on how to 'build' the thread, or where to find the port already drawn?

Thanks

Have you had a look at/through 3D Content Central ?

Must register, but there are large libraries of 3D downloadable
parts/assemblies.

Check the hydraulic fittings section, or find a suitable part you can
harvest the feature from.

Many manufacturers offer product drawings in .SLDPRT as well as the customary .DXF and .DWG format. When I need to model anything that already exists in the world as a manufactured entity, I start with a search for a downloadable file. I'm sure all common hydraulic and AN fittings are readily available.

I don't know if SolidWorks has something similar but SolidEdge has a hole table file which can be altered by the user.
