Would anyone know of a supplier for small o-rings. Exemple: O.d. 5/16 W. 1/32. I live near Montreal so they must accept to ship small quantities if it is in the U.S. or another province. I actualy need about 60 of them.

I'd recommend American Seal, Inc.:

Thank you for submitting American Seal, but after checking their web site we see that as other suppliers, the smalest cross section of their standard seals (w) is 1/16 of an inch and I am looking for 1/32

See if you can locate a rebuild shop that repairs diesel injector pumps in your area. One in this area had just the size I needed. They get kits that fit all kinds of applications and only need some of the parts. They gave me a large plastic bag, about 5lbs.of new parts that usually get thrown away.O rings of all sizes and discriptions, rubber seals, pins, gaskets, screws, etc.

Check out your local weld supplier. I have replaced some of the tip-to-handle o-rings on my Victor Junior and they are smaller than anything I could find at my usual sources.

Apple Rubber Products Inc. 1-800-828-7745 www.applerubber.com (http://www.applerubber.com)

Their 1989 catalog lists a .311X.031 as one of their standard sizes. I'd ask for their catalog.

Look them up in www.thomasregister.com (http://www.thomasregister.com) it "only" has about 65,000 manufacturers listed. If you cannot find it there, good luck finding them...

Thanks to you all for your kwick response. I appreciate your informations and suggestions and starting from there I will probably be able to find those O-rings.

Reid Tool Supply ships in small quantities and is a nice company to deal with (usual disclaimers). They sell O-rings, but I'm not sure if they have the size you need or not.

Try allorings.com

They may have something with your diameter. They have been great for my needs in the past. Great service and small quantities available.
