The Enco code given last month by Phiers (Paul) was supposed to be through
December, but I just tried it and it doesn't recognise it as valid. It is WBRN77
Anyone have a new one for the $50.00 order?
Robert

Hi GOF,

I was trying to search at Enco, and am having problems. Their site may be updating or other maintenance. You might try them later.

If you have all the items you want in your cart, call customer service, and they can manually apply the free shipping code. I've done that.

Here's another code:

SEMA7 will get you 10% off. AND, it can be combined with the $200 minimum free shipping code.

Update 12/7/07 - that trick worked for me in November, but it looks as though they caught the glitch and plugged the leak, so you can't combine them anymore.

How come I only get the codes in my email for the $200 free shipping? The $50 one sounds great!

Odd that I cant access/open the Enco site either using Firefox, but IE will open it right up,--- had large update from Firefox few days ago, about the time I noticed this...possible cause?

I used the code WBRN77 on Nov 28 and they accepted it, but I had to fill it using IE---

$50 codes are for customers who never ordered or ordered once and havent ordered for long time...

HINT : use the free shipping code for the heavy stuff :p

I ordered an small (so I thought) arbor press for about $17 and used the free shipping code for my whole order (think it was > $50). I think the shipping alone on the arbor press (25 lbs) cost more than the press itself :D.

YOD, this is what you need to do. Sign up for a free email account, like Yahoo or whatever. Then go to enco's site and use that address to sign up for the email offers. NEVER USE THIS EMAIL WHEN BUYING. (Use your regular email for that). What happens is the email account you never use when buying gets the 50.00 free ship code, your regular email addys gets the 200.00 one!

Been doing it for years. ;)

I assume that the free shipping code doesn't apply to heavier items like surface plates or bandsaws?

It applies to anything that will ship UPS ground. Small surface plates and vises will make it and sometimes they offer free shipping on selected bandsaws.

It won't combine with mine, which one did you use?

Russ, Frank is saying that the 10% Enco coupon is combinable with the $200 free shipping coupon that they sent out to everyone, not the $50 free shipping coupon that they sent out to non customers.

I'm curious about trying that myself, because Enco has never let you combine two coupon codes before...

Edit: I just noticed that Frank updated his post -- the coupon stacking apparently doesn't work anymore:

That's correct. I tried my $200 code, and about 5 others I found on the net. Every one said "exclusive". The SEMA7 10% does not say exclusive, but I couldn't find any code to combine with it. :(
