Anyone out there know how to do it , do you take the cutters out or grind them in situ ? Thanks David

There are at least 3 different designs of expansion reamers.
If you are talking about the Critchley (sp?) my first impression is to take them out and do each in the same jig.
Edit- - As I think about it most of the critchley design reamers are made in Portsmouth NH, and they call them "adjustable" reamers. Usually used in automotive repair.
The others have multiple flutes on the same segment, you put them in home position, sharpen and re-expand from there.
