Is there copper tubing with OD of ~ 4mm? What is the smallest OD copper tubing available and where can i find some? Im planning on building some heat sinks.

Refrigeration capillary tubing comes in that and smaller diameters. I've used stuff less than 2.5mm in diameter.

Most hardware and hobby stores carry the K&S Engineering display. They generally have copper tubing down to 1/16th od by 32nds. 5/32" is .15625 (3.96875 mm).

Stuart

Edit: the wall thickness on that tubing is .014" BTW

Hobby shops
They carry 1/16 copper tube.
You can also get 1/32 SS tube from Walthers Hobby in Milwaukee

im looking at multi-hole EDM tubing, has anyone has any experience with this, how expensive is it? (trying to maximize surface area - can either have lots of small tubes or can have bigger tubes that are sub-divided inside)
