there are three oil cups I can see, what grade oil would I use on them, and do the gears get any oil, like way oil? thanks.

I dunno just where, but I think you will find a copy of the manual (with the info you request) for that mill out on the web. It was a pretty popular animal and I am pretty sure I ran into a scan of the manual somewhere???

There's an Atlas Shaper and Mill Yahoo! group - I think you'll find a copy of the manual for this machine there in the files section.

Kevin, I see a bunch of end mills. Did it come with a vertical head? I also see some keyway broaches and what look like square broaches. Looks like some of the stuff is not associated with the mill. Hope you can find the manual on line. Peter

YAH.......... when there appear to be a bunch of gear cutters up at the top of the pic......... That makes the keyway broaches directly associated!

I use end mills with my horizontal quite often. Haven't had the V-head on it for quite a while
