I don't know about "Tungsten", but here's my home-made indexable, internal threading tool.
I needed to make a backplate for my 4-Jaw chuck, so I swiped a threading insert from work, and made this snazzy holder for it.
Real stout. It worked great!

A few years ago I made a set of holders per the following link:

http://www.metalwebnews.com/howto/toolholder/toolholder.html

To reduce changeovers on the inserts, I made a set for C2 and another for C6.

Been very pleased with them but they work best on a sturdy lathe ( my 918 was a bit iffy but perfect for cast iron)

They are fairly easy to make and a whole lot cheaper than to purchase.
