Thanks you for this forum ,very nice.
In last winters HSM magazine a 4 part article on "The Snow" engine written by Douglas Kelly was published. I would like to know if there is
any others out there that would possibly be able to comment on this engine build project before I start it myself. Possibly someone that has built it or is starting on this, what appears to be, a very long machining project.
My concerns is always the same, what errors (if any) or missing dimensions will hinder me once I get involved in machining. The article does appear to be well written and documented but it does not have any way to
contact author if question or problems arise. An internet search did not turn up any information about this model.
Hopefully I will get some good advise before I ever cut a chip .
Thanks for your help, Rich

Welcome Rich.

That is a really nice engine IMHO. I started to build it over a year ago-

As I seem to do lately I got side tracked with many other projects and never finished it. I'm probably going to start back up on it soon.
There is a small yahoo group that is devoted to this engine that you might want to join-

A few guys have done beautiful jobs building it.
