Industrial Abrasives No.3

I have an Industrial Abrasives Co. No. 3, 24 inch surface grinder. As part of another project involving the use of a 3 PH motor, I was attempting to find out the HP rating of the No.3's motor. If there was a tag, it has disappeared over the years and who know how many owners.

Assuming that this is still the original motor (or a like sized replacement) does anyone have an idea what the HP rating is, was, or should be?

Just a while guess. But probably a 3 Hp possible 2 HP but I would think no less on 24 " machine
