Can any one help with a source for the belts inside the mill head that are in the oil case for the power down feed? There is two of them and they are Gilmer timing belts, and must be able to be around oil splash.

OOOOOH!Though one, timing belts for oily conditions can be tough,I'll take a look around for you if you can find me a belt number or give me the specs-i.e. outside length, width and tooth count.

Wierdscience,

The belt is 12mm wide and about 140mm long( double if you cut it and layed it out) there is 47 teeth, which are on 6 mm centers. If you could help locate one I would be very thankful.

I have a 2UVR. According to the parts list there are 4 belts. They are:
1. 9350 x 1 x S2B4 Timing Belt
2. 9246 x 1/2 x S3B4 Timing Belt
3. 1150 Truflex Belt(for the varidrive)
4. 20 FS Reeves Belt(There is a second
number that I think supercedes the 20FS.
It is FS20317)
No.4 is the little V-belt under the head for changing the feed rate.
Tree Tool & Die Works is in Racine,WI
The last phone no. I have is: 414-637-7693
Hope this helps.

As luck would have it I got an email from a guy that purchased some about six month ago and he sent me their phone #.
Ask for Colin at 414-423-3000 He has them in stock and I should have them all in a week.
I think I will order an extra one of each to have as a spare. Thanks Again for your Help.

Yes get extras,47 teeth is not a over the counter stock belt, probibly proprietary.
