I recently acquired a rockwell model 10 variable speed bench top drill press NO.31-210. It has variable speed from 600-2800 rpm. It makes a terrible sound when it runs and unable to change speeds( side plate states to change speeds while running). Would like to get instruction sheet or parts list before tearing it down. Unit is totally enclosed and don't know where to start disassembly. Will reimburse for expenses. Thanks Paul
