Sure looks like it. Nice it already has the 30 Taper Spindle.

The only real difference between that one and mine is my Z axis is on the knee. This is really rare as it requires an air balancing cylinder to do it right.

The mill model is a YCM-16VS

Looks like a good price. Box ways on the knee and Y axis. 3HP spindle motor. Fan cooled head. 30 Taper tool holders are about $30 to $40 each.

Jerry (?)...LOL! Now I know why you scoffed at my thinking of a small mill. The pic of your machine...wow...that thing is a brute huh?
Is the CNC control on the Ebay one I showed the same as yours?

My mill came with an old Tera controller. Worked good but the software was on a proprietary format floppy that I could not copy. So I built a new control using Mach3. 15" Touchscreen. Used the original control cabinet and made a new face and everything. The front panel was powder coated with my cheap old HF powder gun and a infrared propane heater.

The build log is here:

Anilam makes a good control.

Whats nice about this machine is the extra amount of Y axis. It really comes in handy.

I have been really happy with the machine. Made some good money with it this summer between jobs.
