I'm planning on using the Harbor Frights MIG cart to modify for separate carts for my TIG and Cooler along with the rod and bits and pieces. And another one for the plasma torch. Only because the more you add to a cart the heavier, wider, longer, higher it gets and in a smaller shop. Garage, home sized shop it can cause problems with all the items that tend to collect.
They are cheaper than buying the metal and wheels/casters.They are on sale a lot and can be shipped from their web site. They are easy to modify for the air vents/fans on the units and yet will be easy to move around.
From talking to some people that do ironwork for a living, the only time it's good to have them together is on the back of a truck. It is always easier to remove, repair or adjust with only one at a time and you don't run into cooling issues with them next to each other or on top of each other.

I made this one a few years ago. I have a small MIG up top, a Dynasty 200DX and a plasma under it, and my TIG cooler on the bottom. It holds a bottle of C25 and one of argon on the back. I have a 50 foot, 50amp marine shore power cord hard wired to the cart with outlets for each machine. I can wheel it anywhere in the shop.

Madman, this might give you a few ideas. I used the existing Miller frame and added to the top to take the plasma. Both are wired into one circuit, so no fussing with plugs. It has worked well for me for several years now. The only thing I might do next time is build a slightly larger tray up top.

I made this one back in about 2001 or so. Changed a lot since then, but no more pics...
