Many older machines were outfit in the eighties with Vee-Arc adjustable frequency drives. Warner- Swasey, Cinncinnati Milacron, Heald Machine etc.as well as a slew of textile winding companies. Has anyone bought a machine at auction with one still installed? I'm looking for the value and wiring of the simple potentiometer to control the motor speed or an installation schematic for an old but working drive for my B'port.
Any old manuals or hook-up schematics for a PWM 7000 out there?

Thanks, Mike
Most of these were bright orange with black vertical heatsinks as walls on their enclosures.

If you have 3 wires to go to the pot it would probably be safe to use a 10K pot. Was a fairly common value.
