Hello,

Run a small shop for the last 34 years and do lots of odd little things with machines. The machines I have are a couple of lathes, Nardini 1440, Taiwan 1236, Sunnen MBB1680 honing machine, Moore #3 Jig Borer, Moore #1 Jig Borer, 12 x 36 Universal ID OD Grinder, Bridgeport Mill, Tree CNC Knee Mill, A couple of Surface Grinders, Roll-In 24" Vertical Band Saw, 4x6 horizontal band saw, Cold Saw, 48" box brake, 10' apron brake, 52" shear, 36" and 48" slip rolls, English Wheel, Planishing Hammer, and the usual other stuff!

Looks like lots of great info here!

I'll probably do more lurking than posting!

Welcome! I think you'll find lots of opportunity to share your experiences here. This place is a LOT busier than HomeMachinist Forum and many others.

Welcome aboard .Pitch in any time you can . Their a few of us professional machinist here. Some of us just can`t get enough punishment during the day ,we have to go home and do it some more. I love the smell of fresh cut iron in the morning.

Hey Glen, as they say, welcome to the asylum.

Great bunch of guys here, you just have to over look the daily political torrents and occasional derails punctuated by small flame wars.. ;)
