One of my (too many per the wife) hobbies is collecting and building 1/32 slot cars. Most of them are ready to run, but some I like to scratch-build. Here is a link to one of my recent builds. The chassis I cut mostly by hand, before I bought my Micro Mill, which I then used to make the motor mount. http://www.slotforum.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=36657

Brings back a lot of fond memories for me, too. When we were in high school, my younger brother and I were "Terrors of the Hobby Shop" with our homegrown creations. We won quite a few races. What surprises me is the sport/hobby still thrives all over the world.
