I am going to make some of these brass cases for reloading .32 rimfire using blackpowder

what will i have to do to anneal (assuming i need to)the cases

That is interesting, the description is a bit misleading. It says to use a 22 short in one place and a 22 short blank in another. Definitely use a blank.
There should be no need to anneal, but if you do, just heat to red heat with a propane torch and allow to cool. You can quench in water or air cool depending on how much of a hurry you are in.

That never stopped me before.
AFAIK, .22 cal. are rim-fire, and the primer is not replaceable. Somehow the idea of heating a case with a live primer in it sounds a tad bit, ummm, questionable.:eek:

There reusable you put a new .22 blank in the base when you reload them.
What do you think you need to anneal?
Be sure you get the headspace correct, both for the blank and for the outer case.
