I am fortunate enough to be one of Jesse and Marge's son inlaws.
You would be hard pressed to find a better example of how to raise a family.
My Father inlaw is the President of the Rusty Pipeliner , and in honor of his 60 years with Marge wrote a little piece in the april issue.
What he didn't know was that his kids provided the pictures and the additional write up.

The longevity of their marriage is the exception to the current sad rule today. They are to be admired and congratulated!:D

I can only hope my marriage would last as long (we'd both be in our late 80's).... only 37 left to go!

Enjoyed reading your post Demo, Good to read of Jesse & Marge, content with their lot 60 years on, considering the hardships of their early married life Nowadays things are easier ,and different But are they better? I wish them congratulations and good fortune to carry on for more contented &happy years
The other contents of the site was most interesting as well, the funnies, and stories of the time, good to see all the other married veterans also, All looked good solid folk, Thanks for posting
