Any idea what might be wrong with this one (aside from the faded red colour......LOL)?, if it's a simple fix it's a good deal. All I know is what the ad says.

Most common issues are the flashing circuit. That gives the rotor a charge to get things going. On these machines without electric start they use an aux coil under the flywheel to get the voltage needed to get things going. Could also be bad brushes or even a bad rotor.

So there are numerous things that can go wrong so I wouldnt pay much.
