Stainless Steel

Has anyone ever tried making one of the vault rifles from any of these Stainless Steels...304...303....17-4....Just curious.....Thanks Steve

Steve I have machined all of those, but for a gun I would use the 17-4.

I appreciate the reply Kry, I have started machining mine already. A freind of mine at work was curious..Im making mine from 4140 heat treated....Thanks again Kurt...Steve
