Hey John.
I was starting on the wiring for the Bridgeport and on the Z axis it has 3 switches. Upper limit and lower limit I know. Is there a home switch ? If so how is it wired into the setup that I have?? Also if there is 2 limit switches for the same axis as this how do I wire this into the diagram that you furnished me?

Mach can only see both limits as one switch, you have to daisy chain them and use 5V and 11, 12, or 13 as inputs.

For the Z ignore the home switch and use upper and lower limits

In Config > Homing /Limits you then set which switch you are using for home by selecting / deselecting Home neg to define which way it's traveling.

It's one of the short comings in Mach that it doesn't know what switch you have hit and you can jog further onto the switch.
I have been onto Art and Brian for ages about this.
