I'm movin out there in awhile and am wondering if there are any contacts here?
Try "Bob" on the PM forum. I bought a few things from him, He's a good guy.
I think there is a small engine show annually, it would be a good place to meet some metal working people.
I found a "Machinist Workshop" magazine with the ad for the show.
Estevan Model Engineers ...Oct. ...Contact Kelly Tytlandsvik (306)-624-3214.
If nothing else it would be a good way to spend a afternoon.

I've got family in the area too. There are a couple of larger farm equipment plants around Regina (Brandt, Degelman). Not sure on the market for repair shops. If you go south-east of Regina a couple of hours you will run into oil country. Lots of repair work there.

If you still have a choice, move to Saskatoon! There is more happening in and around Saskatoon than Regina and it's a LOT nicer city besides!
