Dovetail adapter

I've got a (Chinese) Aimpoint that I'd like to put on a .22. The "scope" has only adjustment for a large dovetail and the rifle has a small dovetail. is there an adapter available or do I head to the shaper to make one? Thanks

Shaper would be quicker and you would have it done. I put a Aim point on my .22 in bright sun trying to shoot squirrels in scrub brush was not good.

I think the Aimpoint is used on a Weaver type base not a dovetail.

The roddot is going to have a weaver rail. The .22 is going to have either a 3/8 dovetail (if American) or an 11mm dovetail (if European).
