Servo Table Feed - Parts Diagram

Anybody out there have a parts diagram for a Servo Type 90? Seems Servo doesn't support the 90's anymore. Also, I need a line on parts.

Never bought anything from them but they were helpful when I was trying to find an older Servo power feed.
