Now that many of us know how to post photos I thought that it may be fun to see who we are talking to. This is a photo that my wife took of me at the computer.

BTW it's not that I lack Evans courage it's just that my camera doesn't have a wide angle lens. http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//eek.gif http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

Eeeeeeeek! (just kidding) http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

Gunny

Cute kid! Tiny fish - throw it back until it is at least two mouthfuls... http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

Tip: grenades and TNT make fishing much faster and the big-un's just float to the surface. (just kidding - depth charges work much better...)

Spiffy hair cut - I have a reverse mohawk...ok, its a large bald spot. http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//tongue.gif I like to buzz it off, but when I walk around in public they stare at me like I was a neo-nazi or a shaved wookie or something... http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

I have to get a digital camera on of these years - not a high priority for me. I have web space just sitting there, but have not bothered to do a website either.

Gunny,

What aircraft is that? Looks to me to be a homebuilt but I can't see much. Do you have a better picture? Cute kid.

Gunny,

How do you like the new Stoner? If you like that you should shoot the gun they copied, ever fire a 1941 Johnson rifle?

30-06 that shoots like a .223 due to the recoiling barrel!

Hello All,

Evan,

The planes if from Dream Aircraft.
go to www.dreamaircraft.com (http://www.dreamaircraft.com) and is probably the best homebuilt I have ever seen. If you want more pics email me and I will send you tonnes

Mpbush,

I love the Stoner rifle and have found it to be one of the best kept secrets going. I bought it after firing it just once. I have also fired just about anything you can get your hands on at one point in time or another. The only thing I would rather have than that Stoner is probably my Aug.

Thrud,

Glad you liked the hair! lol
this fish went back and thanks for the comments about the boy!

Thanks guys for all the comments about my son. His name is Hunter BTW.

And this is a personal thanks to G.A. Ewen for going out of his way to send me something from a book he had kickin around

Thanks again George

Gunny

Evan, glad to see you do have a shirt http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

In the intrest of this board I would like to request that we keep the frontal nudity to a bare minimum http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

I would post a picture myself, but I would have to list at least four urls and you guys would have to print and tape together to get the full experience http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//rolleyes.gifPlus no wide angle lense http://bbs.homeshopmachinist.net//biggrin.gif

Gunny

I have heard of Stoner and have seen a really interesting segment on the history channel about his development of what was to become the M-16 and all the problems encountered with early versions of it.

But OK, what's an Aug?
