Does anyone have any pictures of the extention table for the 7" Atlas shaper?

Is that one that Atlas sold or aftermarket?

Mine has S7 436 in raised numbers cast into it.
I had assumed that it was an original piece?

My original reason for asking was to see how they were mounted.
Mine has 3 holes drilled in each side, but there are no holes tapped into the table.

With that number, I'd also guess it was from Atlas. I've never seen one.
Can you post pics?

The table is an Atlas option that is rarely encountered. It bolts to the front of the table, holes must be tapped to accomodate it. I suggest mounting it a tad high and machining it in place to match the existing table with the shaper itself.

It might be worthwhile to locate it with dowels.

No, but I made a add on table top for mine from 1" thick metal, drilled on the cnc to match the SOUTHBEND shaper table. Not sure I got a picture or not, it ain't nothing but a slab with holes in it.

I needed a way to mount the 4" indexer-stepper to cut gears and xl pulleys.

Still not completed, I started facing it off on the shaper, got on other projects.

That lil shaper keeps pulling my projects out of the gutter.. still earning it's keep around here. I did cut some UHMW slides on it, tried to square them, in the vice they keep shifting/deforming and making paralleograms instead of rectangles thou..
