    Double Posts (admin issue)

Many of us seem to often create a duplicate when posting a reply. I don't profess to know why, but I've found a fix that seems to work for me (when I can remember to do it):
After posting a reply and viewing it, I've found that if I DO NOT use the 'back' button, but rather the "HOP TO: ..." feature at the lower right corner, to return to the listing of topics, then I avert the double post.

(added) When I do forget and use the 'back' button, I'll usually get a "Warning: Page has Expired...." screen. If I just refresh at that point I WILL get a double post (without fail). But if I renew the URL line and start over at the '...homeshopmachinist.net' home page then I can again avoid the double post.

    lynnl,

Pity you didn't double post this to make it extra clear!!

I have several times hit the 'double post', sorry about that, I meant the 'back button'; realised my mistake, and I get out of it by hitting the 'forward button' ~ good to see another way out the woods!!
